Hoosier Custom Plastics, LLC was founded in 2004 with the principal that you are not our customer you are our partner.  HCP strives to build lasting relationships with our exceptional customer focus and world class performance.

HCP is a full service custom injection molding supplier.  HCP offers all of the services of the large companies while you enjoy our small company overhead structure.  When you are talking to HCP you are more than likely talking to an owner.

While HCP specializes in insert molding and over molding we also offer shoot and ship as well as light assembly.  HCP is your best choice for small to mid-size functional custom components or sub-assemblies.

HCP has state of the art injection molding equipment from top of the line OEM's such as Nissei and Sumitomo.  We believe the best parts are manufactured in the best machines.

Quality is our priority, HCP is ISO 9001 registered.  HCP has a track record of automotive world class performance with PPM levels in the teen's and on time delivery near 100%.

Our Production Floor

Facility Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in Knox Indiana, is 17,000 sq ft on 5 acres. Our philosophy is to purchase high end injection molding equipment. This allows Hoosier Custom Plastics to provide the highest quality parts at a competitive price. We employ 5 S techniques for shop floor organization and cleanliness.

Equipment 16 Plastic injection molding machines 2 vertical machines ranging from 50 to 80 tons for insert molding applications 14 horizontal machines that range from 80-385 tons several late model Sumitomo and Nissei molding machines

We are Green

HCP also owns Eco Golf.  Eco Golf Manufactures millions of golf tees each year using our blend of recycled materials and bio additives making the eco tee the premier tee on the market today.  Even the Eco packaging is biodegradable or made from 100% recycled materials.

Eco ships these tees from Hong Kong to Monte Carlo and everywhere in between.
